We have our own machining factory for precision machinings.
Machining materials such as mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, engineering plastic, wood, etc.
Our CNC Milling and CNC Lathe achieve tolerances 0.02mm.
Surface Grinding meet tolerances 0.005mm.
METAL FABRICATION
Metal Fabrication terms involving sets of technical skills in saw cutting, hand grinding, bending, rolling, alignment, fitting and welding.
Nevertheless, involve machines in cnc plasma cutting and cnc laser cutting.
MACHINE TRADING
In most cases, the machine are standard design in the market. Proflex Technology will trade the machine from reliable manufacturer and suit with customer requirement. The cost of standard machine sale will be very effective compare to R&D, design and fabricate.
